Physical Therapy Services

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Pelvic floor physical therapy is a highly specialized form of physical therapy that focuses on the systemic evaluation of the pelvic floor muscles, the low back, the hips, and the pelvis. The pelvic floor muscles are involved in bowel, bladder, and sexual function, and work together in a system with the muscles surrounding the pelvis like the abdominal wall, the glutes, and the hip muscles. We will assess your movement patterns to create a treatment plan that combines education, exercises, and hands-on treatment to help you return to your goals without pain, leakage, or pressure.
